At Shopko Optical, we want you to love your new look; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your eyewear within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest order tracker to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Eyewear

  Securely place your frames and any included accessories in their original protective case and shipping box to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are completely covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange has been fully processed.
